June Yoga Retreat in the Heart of Provence
5–9 June | South of France
Reconnect with yourself in a serene Provençal haven, where slow living, sunshine, and mindful movement come together. Nestled in a beautifully restored 18th-century silkworm farmhouse, our retreat offers the perfect blend of authentic charm and modern comfort—an intimate sanctuary surrounded by nature, just moments from a picturesque village.
Here, each day begins with mindful meditation, followed by dynamic vinyasa flow and ends with warm summer light dancing, restorative practices, nourishing food and connecting over dinner. Between yoga practices, you’ll have space to unwind, explore, or simply breathe deeply in an atmosphere designed for rest and renewal.
Our home for the retreat is a spacious, fully air-conditioned 1752 farmhouse lovingly renovated by an interior designer. With five peaceful bedrooms, cozy lounge areas, and beautifully curated outdoor spaces—including a heated stone pool, sun loungers, a summer kitchen and a pétanque court shaded by trees—it offers the perfect environment for connection, reflection, and well-being.
Just 20 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and 40 minutes from the iconic village of Les Baux, the location invites gentle adventure: stroll to the village’s lively Saturday market, wander local trails, or savour the flavours of Provence under warm golden skies.
Join us this June for a retreat designed to nurture your body, calm your mind, and inspire your spirit—all in a setting where time seems to slow and every detail encourages deep exhale.
